How does your weight loss plan work?

Our program is a medically developed partial meal replacement weight loss program that targets fat loss while maintaining muscle mass.

We do not offer virtual coaching or online sales. All coaching services are in person.

Once you complete your Initial Consultation, you will attend a one-on-one private weekly coaching session. Weekly appointments are 15 minutes long and consist of weight and measurement checks, journal review, as well as motivation and education to help you stay on track and get to your goal weight. Once you get to your healthy goal weight, we then teach you how to maintain your new weight for FREE forever!

Are you by appointment only?

Yes. We see clients by appointment only. We do not offer virtual coaching or online sales. All coaching services are in person.

Please call 320-1515 to schedule your appointment today.

Will my weight loss be overseen by a doctor?

Our protocol was designed by medical doctors to be safe and effective when overseen by our trained weight loss coaches.

The only time a doctor must oversee a weight loss program directly is if the protocol involves prescription weight loss medications or a very low- calorie diet. We use neither of these.

During your Initial Consultation you will be asked health questions to determine if you are healthy enough for our program. Should we, at any time, feel the need to have a doctor involved, we will ask that you see your primary care physician and we will coordinate your weight loss program with them to ensure your best possible results.

We are also part of a professional group that has some of the top weight loss experts and bariatric doctors available to provide advice and expertise when needed.

What is the cost?

There is a one-time Initial Consultation fee of $399 for the first appointment which includes:

  • Review of medical history
  • Medication review
  • Initial weight and measurements
  • Body fat composition
  • Before photos
  • Explanation of diet protocol
  • 3 boxes of food
  • Required vitamins

This is by appointment only and takes 1.5 hours. Please call 320-1515 to schedule.

Then it is $95 per week which includes:

  • Weekly 15 minute one-on-one accountability coaching, weigh in, body measurements, and body fat assessment
  • 3 boxes of food
  • All required vitamins

The only thing you have to purchase from the grocery store is 4 cups of vegetables and up to 8oz. of lean protein per day.

*Most people say their food bill is exactly the same if not less than before starting the program because they are redirecting average food expenses to different, healthier options which often results as neutral in cost. (i.e. $0.00 added expense for food)

You can't afford not to do this! What is the worth of your health and well being?

How do I get started?

Call us and schedule your Initial Consultation appointment today. This appointment is 1.5 hours long. At this appointment we will review your Health Profile which includes your past medical and surgical history, current medications, review your current diet, review our diet program in detail with you, get your initial weight, measurements, and body fat percentage. We will then take your before picture, help you pick out food, and answer any and all of your questions. We are also available by phone or e-mail throughout your entire weight loss journey.

Who picks my goal weight?

You choose the weight you want to be! We can help guide you if you are unsure.

What type of diet plans do you offer?

We have two weight loss plans to choose from!

One is a ketogenic diet and the other is a low fat, low carb, low calorie plan. We let the client choose which program they feel would work best for them. Both plans offer repeatable, predictable weight loss every week, although the ketogenic diet offers a quicker weight loss.

What is ketosis and is it safe?

Ketosis is a normal metabolic process which refers to the state of metabolism the body is in when it uses fat as a primary energy source. In fact, we are all in 'ketosis" each night when we sleep. As we fast during the night, our blood sugars drop and our body begins breaking down fat to use as energy.

Are your diets safe?

Both diets are medically developed and are consistent with evidence-based guidelines to help obese and overweight people achieve safe, long-term weight loss.

Is this diet safe for children?

Yes. Children 17 and younger can do our Alternative Protocol only with prior approval from their pediatrician. (See below regarding the Alternative plan).

Is the diet healthy?

Our program features one-on-one private weekly coaching and education from a trained weight loss coach to ensure dieters are qualified to follow the program. All dieters will be required to complete a comprehensive Health Profile during their Initial Consultation as well certain medical conditions require prior consent from the client's primary care physician and/or specialist.

Many clients benefit after just one week and claim they feel better, they sleep better, have more energy, reduced acid reflux or GERD, better digestion and decreased bloat feeling, joint and back pain decreases, and the list goes on. Many of our clients go on to have medications such as for Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. reduced or discontinued. Many go off sleep apnea machines.

Although everyone has different medical needs, conditions, and medications, and as with any weight loss plan, we highly recommend you consult with your physician prior to starting any weight loss plan and check in with them regularly throughout your weight loss journey.

What supplements do I take?

You will take Multi-vitamins, Essential Minerals, and Essential Fatty Acids. These vitamins are required as part of our program and have been formulated specifically to ensure you receive the minimum daily-recommended amounts of essential nutrients so you are at optimal health. They are titrated specifically for this protocol. Substitutions are not allowed as the quality of over-the-counter vitamins are unknown.

Is this diet a high, medium, or low calorie diet?

The weight loss portion would be considered a medium to low calorie diet. The Alternative Protocol, which incorporates additional foods, would be considered a medium calorie diet.

How is this different from other protein diets on the market?

Our protocol addresses weight issues at its source reducing carbohydrates and fats while ensuring adequate daily protein intake. The goal is to lose fat, not muscle. Once you reach your goal weight, we provide you with healthier lifestyle education so that you are empowered to sustain your weight loss results. We continue coaching you for free forever!

What about exercise?

Adults should move more and sit less throughout the day. Some physical activity is better than none. Adults who sit less and do any amount of physical activity gain some health benefits..

The CDC recommends at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and at least 2 days per week of muscle-strengthening activity for healthy adults although exercise is not a requirement for our program.

We know 150 minutes each week sounds like a lot of time, but it's not. That could be 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. The good news is that you can spread your activity out during the week, so you don't have to do it all at once. You can even break it up into smaller chunks of time during the day. Learn to find a balance that works for you.

Moderate-intensity exercise includes activities such as walking, biking, yoga, Pilates, light cardio, or any activity that gets your heart beating faster.

Muscle-strengthening activities include any activity that make your muscles work harder than usual and can include: Pilates, yoga, core exercise, resistance type exercise, light weights for toning, etc.
